OHC Challenge Goals


Happy Sunday! I hope you all had a great weekend!

I’m ready to start off the first week of the OHC challenge!

I have thought about my goals and set some pretty realistic goals for myself, yet they are going to take some hard work to achieve!


I have my game face on!! I am ready for this challenge and it has come at a time I really need it! After marathon training and heading into the holidays I tend to get a little more relaxed about everything. The OHC challenge is exactly what I need right now to keep my head in the game!

I have already done with some of the meal prep for the week!

  • Asparagus
  • Chicken & fish
  • Brown rice
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Cookies

Wait.. Cookies??? I will also be avoiding sugar untill Thanksgiving, so I also made cookies with the fam tonight!



Funny thing is, Tanner actually asked for “green berries” (GRAPES) instead of a cookie when they were done.

He was pretty darn cute and his “Cars” apron too!
