Push it Workout

Happy Monday! We are off on the last whole week till Christmas!

Last night Baylee and I made the dough for Julies Grandma Mimi Sugar Cookies, we baked a few today and saved some dough for neighbor gifts later.

This morning I headed to work at GPP to coach THIS workout! Our Monday workouts are always a fave! Sundays are my day off, so when I get to the gym on Monday I’m ready to work. I got to do the workout with another class, and was able to finish in just under 24 minutes.

Afterward I wanted to run so I headed to the gym, I don’t mind running in the cold.. but its just not cold its freezing.. 18 degrees is just not okay, plus the air is really bad right now. Treadmill it is.

I only had time for 3 easy miles before teaching Bootcamp. I did a version of THIS workout the first two but instead of a 200 m run they ran up and down stairs and just continued with burpees, no squats.

Then they did this workout!

Complete each 10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) by alternating between the two exercises as many times as possible in 10 minutes!

My class was dripping by the end of class and all loved it!
