Squash Boat.

Hey!! Hope your all having a great weekend so far!! The weather here has been absolutely perfect. I wish fall was like this all year round. But alas, it's Utah not Cali. so needless to say, the cold weather is coming. I took advantage of the weather today and went for a 5 mile run after teaching body pump and enjoyed each and every step! I haven’t ran a whole lot this week so it felt great to hit the pavement and get the heart a pumpin! I looked down at my Garmin and surprised that I was holding a 8:10 pace! The weather apparently put a little fire in my step.
With the fall weather approaching, squashes are making their way back into my life.
