something sweet sunday.






Hi friends! Hope your having a great Sunday so far! I woke up this morning with nothing but dessert on my mind.. dessert for breakfast yet again. Not ice cream, or cake... more like a giant muffin, inspired from debs fudge protein muffins 

Microwave Muffin Love

Ingredients:
  • 2 Egg whites 
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin 
  • 2 T coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 T. Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 C. Blueberries.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in microwave safe bowl
Fold in blueberries



Pop it in the Microwave for 2:30-3 minutes. Eat it straight from the bowl or pop your muffin onto a plate.




 Piece of cake! er... muffin ;)

  2. Yum! Looks great! I think a sweet breakfast is just divine sometimes! Smoothies, parfaits, muffins, pancakes- all are fabulous to me :)
