Killer Booty Cardio Workout

Last night we ran/walked till the sun went down.


Oh, I’m still pregnant.. with a lot of uncomfortable pelvic pressure.

Breakfast this morning was one of my favorites lately. Just a simple Eggs and toast with a LOT of pineapple..


Fresh pineapple is the right now. I got this one at Costco and if I didn’t know better I would say it came straight from Hawaii.

After Breakfast I headed to GPP to do the workout of the day. It consisted of 200 burpees!! Along with power cleans, Box jumps, and shoulder presses. I will be excited to be able to do a real burpee again.. Something about 200 strict pushups will leave me a little sore for the next few days I’m sure.

After a few errands we made it home for lunch! I had a wrap with tomatoes, spinach and Aidells chicken apple smoked chicken breast. Along with a Baybell cheese and coconut la croix sparkling water.

I grabbed the chicken and apple meat at Costco this week.

A little R & R after lunch while snacking on pumpkin spice (at Target!) and dark chocolate chip treat.

I can’t believe how big these two are getting. I also can’t believe I’m going to have THREE kids.. In TWO days…

I taught my last boot camp class till after baby comes yesterday and had to leave them a little sore to remember me by right?! This workout was tough and easily done under 30 minutes. Give it a go and see how you like it!

Officially feeling 40 weeks pregnant. Lets go baby!


Well, I guess I can clean that mirror first.

TWO more days! Yay!
