Hey guys! I had a full, fun Saturday planned today, and well… I woke up sick.. I had to quickly find a sub for my pump class and haven’t left my room or bathroom ALL day!!

BOO!

Since its been a “sick day” this post is going up a little later then anticipated!

Quest Protein Bars and Lock Laces

You have probably heard of Quest Bars lately. They are the new, All Natural, Gluten Free protein bars! I have grown to LOVE these! Especially if you leave them in your warm car or heat them up in the microwave for about 15 seconds.

These lock laces are amazing! While I was teaching or out for a run one or both of my shoes would always come untied! Since I put these on my shoes I haven’t had any problems! They were so easy to put on and I may have to get them for every single pair of running shoes I have now!
